Root IT Solutions was established to enable small & medium sized businesses - 3 to ~75 employees - to have the same access to qualified IT personnel as do the bigger companies. This will allow them to take advantage of many of the information technology tools which help to drive business forward, but which often leave the Small-to-Medium Enterprise (SME) drowning in a sea of technological despair.

Root IT Solutions is based on the Yorkshire/Lancashire border. Not only can we effectively service local businesses, but also because we have fast access to major road networks from the M62 we are well placed to serve anywhere along these high-speed access corridors.

The majority of the day-to-day network administration can be carried out from a remote location - our offices.
