Root IT Solutions is an information technology (IT) company working with small & medium sized businesses. We specialise in Microsoft, Cisco & Draytek technologies & hold certifications/accreditations for each of them. This specialism is backed by the extensive experience of a professionally qualified/industry certified Principal Technical Specialist. We are a Microsoft Partner & have held the Microsoft Small Business Specialist accreditation since 2006, demonstrating that we understand - and can deal with - the IT requirements of UK small businesses.
We are not solely Microsoft, Cisco & Draytek technologists. We can & do work with other manufacturer's products to enable us to provide the ideal solution dependent on the requirements.
Our primary objective is to develop positive long-term relationships with our customers providing them with affordable comprehensive IT solutions, IT management & network support services.
The mission is to enable the Small-to-Medium Enterprise (SME) to realise their full potential with a ‘be small - act big’ competitive edge. We can ‘virtually’ deliver all the benefits of an in-house IT department.
